What file formats can we upload?

PDF, Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), plain text, and Markdown — including the images and diagrams inside them, which you can curate for lesson cards. Max 50 MB per file.

Can we edit what the AI produces?

Yes — nothing reaches your team until you say so. Every lesson is fully editable in the admin portal (facts, examples, quiz questions), and you can regenerate any lesson with feedback. Audio narration and cards re-derive from your edited text.

Which devices does the team need?

KnowBud is iPhone-first, with Android in testing. Learners just need the app and the invite link — no accounts to provision, no SSO project.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Your material and the courses built from it stay private to your organisation and are deleted within 30 days of contract end. They are never published publicly and never used for other customers.
